Pastor Richard Chatfield became a minister in 1965 and received his minister's license from the Ministerial Council of the Church of God 7th Day in Meridian, Idaho.

He then graduated from the Evangelistic Theological Seminary with a Chaplaincy Degree. In 1987 he received his Master's Degree from the Missouri Chaplain Association, graduated from the Metropolitan Police Department as a licensed Chaplain where he remains as an active Chaplain.

He practices his ministry at the Remnant Church of God 7th Day in St. Ann, Mo. Believing the Bible to be the true Word of God he has written many in depth books and studies for all those who are willing to earnestly study and do the will of God.
